There’s been a theme with my clients recently around how to have difficult conversations and handle conflict at work.

There are an endless number of reasons for conflict in the workplace, but some of the most common reasons that I hear are that people are feeling stretched, there’s less people on the team to get the job done and the big one is simply, stress.

In this episode of The Aligned Achiever podcast we explore 3 mindset frames to help get some perspective to navigate the difficult situation or time period and how you can navigate if the environment isn’t the right one for you to be in.
